Custom orders are non-refundable, however satisfaction is guaranteed if your order contains defects that are due to Across From Me. Such errors include, misspelled words or delamination of vinyl. This is provided that the shirt is in re-sellable condition, unworn and unwashed, free from pet hair, deodorant marks, and cigarette smoke odor. Your order must be returned within 14 days for a full refund. The cost of mailing the item back will be the cost of the customer.

On custom orders Across From Me is in no way responsible if the customer misspells the words/name on the order form, or if he/she orders the wrong size. For example, if you receive the size you ordered and it does not fit you, Across From Me is not responsible.
